Bad Hair Days
The barber looks at me
as if I were unweeded ground.
As if to say (inspecting eyebrows,
nose & ears), "look what I've found!"
Why is it when a man grows older
he grows hirsute in odd places?
I haven't felt so ill-appurtenanced
since I had braces.
